Apple Watch sales up 50%; AirPods so popular Apple still can’t meet demand

In a conference call regarding Apple’s financial results for its fiscal 2017 third quarter that ended July 1, CEO Tim Cook said that sales of the Apple Watch were up over 50% in the June quarter, helping it maintain its position as the top selling smartwatch.

Cook also boasted that the AirPods have a 98% customer satisfaction. Alas, while Apple is “working hard to get them to customers as quickly as possible,” the company is still not able to meet demand, he added.
