Eltima Software has released FlexiHub, a file sharing solution for Mac OS X. It was specifically developed for sharing of USB and serial (COM) ports over network.
According to the folks at Eltima, iIt doesn't matter where shared ports with devices are; they can be across the road, in the same room, or across the globe. FlexiHub allows management of remote devices, connection and disconnection are held without user's physical presence at the USB or serial port.
Paid subscriptions allow sharing multiple devices among multiple nodes (computers) for unlimited periods of time. Users can use FlexiHub's own redirection server and automatic reconnection in case connection with a shared device is interrupted. Pricing starts at $6.59 a month.
DJMixerSoft has announced the next generation of DJ Mixer Express for Mac OS X. New features in the DJ software include advanced loop features.
You can create and recall loops and set up cue-points. DJ Mixer Express now offers automatic/manual mixing, a mixer with crossfading between two tracks, automatic beat detection, iTunes library integration, the ability to apply multiple audio effects, support for mixing video and karaoke, and more,

David Zobrist has introduced Creepy 1.0. The free retro game title pits scientists against a race of strange, undead life forms.
Ryan Peacock has announced EasyClaim Total Loss Software 1.1. The app — free for a limited time — guides users through a streamlined five-step process to simply and quickly prepare a total loss report right from their iPhone or iPad. Users can add a brief description of the items included in their claim. They can also add photos, either by uploading them from their library, or snapping them with their device's camera.
Ovilex Soft has rolled out Euro Truck Driver 1.0.2, an update to its 3D driving simulator. The free app features 27 customizable trucks from across 7seven European truck brands, a GPS map, realistic weather conditions and day/night cycles, multiplayer mode, six camera views, lifelike engine sound effects, and more. Players trek through 20 cities in 11 countries, including Berlin, Rome, Paris, Madrid, and Vienna.
