Tropical Software says its TopXNotes for iOS is now a “Freemium Suite” comprised of TopXNotes Free, TopXNotes, and TopXNotes Pro.
TopXNotes 1.5 for iOS features note creation and editing in landscape and portrait modes, emailing a note, backup/restore to the device, clickable hot links, and note synchronization (NoteSync) with TopXNotes for Mac. The TopXNotes family will keep your notes synchronized between TopXNotes for Mac and TopXNotes for iOS.

Neoappz has released Instant Translator 1.0. The app translates words to another language as they are spoken. It allows users to have a voice or text conversation with a person who do not speak their language.
Instant Translator supports over 90 languages. It also has a multi device communication feature that allows users to communicate using two devices. The basic version of Instant Translator is free. There’s a pro version that costs $4.99.
Haypi has unleashed Haypi Monster: The Lost Tower 1.8.4, an update to their MMO for iOS devices. It’s free EDU game based on the Pokemon theme. In this game, players are monster tamers and trainers - they have to fill in the monster encyclopedia with all monsters, and save the tormented lands from the evil. Players can collect hundreds of critters with various talents and skills.
Wiman Works has introduced Bunny Pop Quiz 1.41. In the $1.99 party app, your knowledge of pop stars and hits is tested in 12 rounds of mini-games. Can you recognize what pop star the cartoon bunny is dressed up to look like? Do you know what tattoo Rihanna has on her finger? And can you name a Taylor Swift song just from the lyrics? You can play as single-player or challenge a friend in a fun and fast-paced two-player party game.
Mac OS X Apps/Updates
MacXDVD has announced MacX YouTube Downloader, an update to its video app developed for Mac OS X.
The utility is designed for Mac users to not only download videos from YouTube for free, but also download videos from Facebook, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Vevo, and another 300+ video sharing sites. The new version adds seven additional languages, including Japanese, German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Spanish and Korean.
MacX YouTube Downloader Multilingual Edition, is free. It’s compatible with Mac OS X Leopard and above, including El Capitan.
Oranged Software has updated Studiometry, its client and project management tool, to version 12. The software is used by small businesses and freelancers around the world.
Studiometry Cloud is a new service that acts as both your syncing backend and your Studiometry licenses. You can synchronize data between any number of machines and iOS devices without having to set up a server or deal with firewall ports. Studiometry Cloud is a subscription-based service that includes syncing capabilities, native Mac, Windows, and iOS access, as well as partial web access.
Studiometry 12 adds features focused on organizing and analyzing your business data. Users can now organize rates into tiered groups. Studiometry can also now show more information including pricing and type when choosing rates throughout the app.

Nextep has released CodeSwitch 1.0, a development code converter for Mac OS X. It converts legacy Objective-C code into Apple's Swift programming language.

Mireth Technology has rolled out version 4.8.5 of NetShred X, its Internet eraser software that erases internet cache, history and mail. NetShred X runs on Mac OS X.
Version 4.8.5 adds support for Firefox up to version 4.1 and support for Chrome up to version 4.6. It also addresses two outstanding maintenance issues.
