How to stop your Apple Watch from announcing your workout details

Apple added a new feature in watchOS 8 called Voice Feedback. It uses Siri to announce your workout activities, such as how far you’ve run, if you’ve completed your Move ring, etc. I find it annoying. If you do, too, here’s how to turn it off:

° Open the Watch app on your iPhone (it should be running iOS 15+) .

° Go to the My Watch tab at the bottom of the screen.

° Scroll down to the apps section and tap on Workout.

° Toggle off Voice Feedback at the bottom of the screen.

Voila! Now your smartwatch will no longer “talk” to you and interrupt you during workouts.
