Nike is bringing its free Training Club app to the Apple Watch. It’s packed with 100-plus works with audio and visual guidance from a variety of fitness experts.
You can use the app to create a personalized training plan based on your needs. The training plan can be adapted as needed.
A variety of workouts are offered with the Nike Training Club app, including 15-minute options. You can also share your workouts with friends. Nike says the app can benefit you by helping you:
- Focus more on your workout and less on your phone;
- Monitor your heart rate, approximate calories and other exercise statistics right from your wrist;
- Achieve your exercise goals via weekly notifications encouraging you to close your Exercise ring.
