The 1975 to do a live streaming concert on Apple Music Beats 1

The 1975 will be doing a live stream of a concert on Apple Music's Beats 1 on Thursday, Feb. 25, at 9 pm (Pacific). The group made the announcement on Twitter — as noted by 9to5Mac — that suggests the show is a promotion for its next album, I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it.

The 17-track album is available for preorder now. It will be released on Feb. 26.

The 1975 are a British alternative rock band formed in Manchester.[2] The group consists of Matthew Healy (vocals, guitar), Adam Hann (guitar), George Daniel (drums, backing vocals) and Ross MacDonald (bass). They have released four EPs, while their self-titled debut album was released on Sept. 2, 2013, via Dirty Hit/Polydor.
